I have a great adoration for fruits and vegetables at their peak and I strive to highlight and prioritize these ingredients in any dish. I never use any seed oils, refined sugars, food additives or other ingredients that don’t promote overall well-being.

I am available to cater small scale special events such as private dinner parties and intimate gatherings, bachelorette dinners, bridal showers, brunch spreads, grazing tables, celebrations of any kind, brand activations, workshops, retreats and beyond for a curated, bespoke food experience.

I also provide convenient meal prepping services ideal for busy individuals, new parents and seniors, ensuring access to wholesome, ready-to-eat-food throughout the week. This service includes grocery shopping and sourcing of ingredients, nourishing meals delivered to your home and menu planning for the following session. As a holistic chef, I will curate a menu that is preset in seasonality and tailored to and aligns with your dietary needs and preferences, with a focus on simple, nourishing, seasonally selected home-cooked food that includes lots of vegetables and salads, organic poultry and fish, grass-fed and pasture-raised meat, pastas and other whole grain-based dishes, energizing breakfasts and healthy rustic baked goods and snacks.
